It affects communities' resilience and ability to adapt, grow, restructure, and thrive in the changing social and economic environment. This paper analyzes the complex process of broadband installation in Native American communities, the opportunities and challenges it creates, and its impact on community resilience. This paper asks what effective community resilience practices support the installation and sustainability of broadband in Native American communities.
