It has been confirmed that the TTA grant is up to $250,000 per fiscal year. Tribes that have already received funding for the fiscal year under the lower amount, can apply again under the higher amount.
It is advised to apply for a grant for each project (as opposed to multiple projects in one application) due to the Commission paying based on completion. If multiple projects are on one application, tribes will have to wait for all of the projects to be completed before getting paid. This is also true for the Local Agency Technical Assistance (LATA) grant fund.
